Joseph P. Kelleher was born and raised in Philadelphia, "The City of Brotherly Love". Early attempts in pre-theology at seminaries in Philadelphia and Kitchner, Ontario followed by four years of U.S. Naval service established a strong ethical and service oriented model for his life's work in Real Estate and the associated field of Surveying.

Joe joined the Real Estate Department of Philadelphia Electric in 1969 leaving there in 1995 as Supervisor of Surveying and Real Estate Administration. Joe served as a consultant to PSE&G in their endeavors to assimilate control of 20,000 acres for their Estuary Enhancement Program. As a Land Surveyor in the States of PA, NJ and DE, Joe became a partner of the Survey and Engineering firm of Van Demark & Lynch, Inc, where he became familiar with his beloved Delaware Beaches.

Now as a Real Estate agent at the beach he brings his wealth of real estate experience, management skills and dedication to the people seeking to buy and sell homes in Sussex County.

Erin joined the Jeffrey Fowler Group and RE/MAX in 2011. She has over seven years of experience in marketing and events planning and she has worked with with clients such as Dover International Speedway, NASCAR, Discovery, Gillette, Kraft, Verizon and Verizon FiOS.

Erin is a local girl who graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 2001 and moved to Worcester, Massachusetts where she obtained her Bachelors and her Masters in Marketing Science of Professional Communication from Clark University.

Erin enjoys volunteering for various organizations including the Wholistic Living Guide of Delaware, The Welnet and Holistic Health Fair.

Heather Gray was born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area. She began her professional career working in the commercial real estate division of the law firm of Steefel, Levitt & Weiss where she gained extensive experience in commercial real estate document preparation and closing procedures.

In 1990, Heather moved to Santa Cruz, California, where she worked as the Manager of Business and Legal Affairs for Dancing Cat Productions, a concert production and record company distributed by the internationally known BMG Music Group. During her 8 years with Dancing Cat, Heather negotiated live concert performance contracts with such renowned venues as the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC and the Lincoln Center in New York City; wrote liner notes and collaborated on CD cover designs with musical artists, administered music publishing and copyrights for the artists, and gained experienced in marketing and events planning.

Heather obtained her CA real estate license in 1998 and went to work with top-producing real estate broker Patricia Boe of American Dream Realty. It was an especially exciting time to learn the ins and outs of listing and selling property: the Silicon Valley tech boom was in full swing, "dot-commers" were flocking to the beach to buy homes, and multiple offers on properties were the norm!

During the summer of 1999, Heather and her husband Dane (a Maryland native) relocated to the East Coast and have split their time living between Annapolis, MD, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. In 2000, Heather joined Ocean Atlantic Associates while the development company was just beginning the marketing and sales of the Captiva Sands condominium and townhouse community. Following the success of Captiva Sands, she was involved in the marketing, sales and development of Creekwood condominiums, Oyster Bay Villas twinhomes and townhomes, the North Village Condos and the Town Center East Condos at the Villages of Five Points, and The Tides condominiums and townhomes. As the real estate sales and marketing needs of the company grew extensively, Heather transitioned from the development team and became Marketing Director for Ocean Atlantic Agency, the sales division of the company. She served in this capacity until September 2005.

In 2006 Heather joined the Jeffrey Fowler Group and Re/Max Realty Group as a full-time Realtor®. She is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge in new construction, sales, and her marketing creativity to a "team" environment. 2006 continues to be another great year for Buyers and Sellers in the southern Delaware real estate market. Delaware native, Lisanne Kane grew up in the family business background of residential construction, working summers with her father and often helping her mother, a successful Realtor for 26 years. Also with a previous career in mortgage lending as a regional manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

She has enjoyed travel to 26 of our nation's states so far, 3 countries, with her favorite aspects being local culture, architecture, wildlife and fauna. Her hobbies include avian rescue, flying her Homing Pigeons, fundraising for non-profits, horseback riding and capturing the beauty of nature in photography, watercolor, charcoals and other art mediums.

Laura is a native of Sussex County. She started a career in banking unitl she started her family. Laura became a stay at home mom and a part time bookkeeper for her husbands electrical contracting business. Once her children were grown she also became a part time office assistant for Boines Beach Homes. Laura started her real estate career with RE/MAX in 2008 and enjoys working with clients to help them find the home of their dreams.
